I honestly don’t think I’ve ever gotten so many compliments on my eyelashes before. Since I started using this mascara, people have actually asked if I’m wearing fake lashes. It just makes my lashes look longer and fuller without looking overdone. It’s one of those products I keep reaching for every day.

I’m always searching for a mascara that lengthens and defines without clumping, feeling heavy, or looking overdone. I love several other products from this brand, so I was excited to give this one a try.

Unfortunately, my first day wearing it was at work, and I was horrified to discover when I looked in the mirror that I had raccoon eyes from the mascara transferring under and around my eyes. I wasn’t expecting it to be waterproof, but I did expect it to hold up in a normal, air-conditioned office environment.

I’m disappointed with the performance, and even more disappointed to learn that only unopened products can be returned, which means I can’t return something that simply didn’t work for me.

We’re so sorry to hear about your experience with the mascara, especially discovering the transfer while you were at work. We can absolutely understand how frustrating and disappointing that would be.

This isn’t the experience we typically hear from customers with this mascara, so we really appreciate you bringing it to our attention. While wear can vary from person to person, we certainly want you to feel confident in the performance of our products.

We also understand your disappointment with our return policy. Because mascara is used in close contact with the eye area, for hygiene and product-safety reasons, we’re unable to accept opened or used products for return. That said, we don’t want to simply leave you with a product that didn’t meet your expectations.
